First Eggs!

 We came home on Monday evening however, it was late and still blazing hot so simply put the chickens in.  Tuesday morning, I went out to refill the chicken water since it was literally 100+ degrees outside and noticed one chicken sitting inside the coup part under the old heater plate.  Thinking 'you crazy chicken, that's just making you hotter' I scooted her out.  Only to discover three little eggs beneath her.  Not sure if she's actually the layer or not but was a fun surprise.  Today, the kids got to go check for eggs for the first time and find themselves an egg.  It was fun.
